At CRMorgan Store, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality footwear and a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help. Please read the guidelines below carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day period begins on the date the courier marks your order as delivered.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Packaged with all original tags and materials intact, including the shoebox and any accessories provided.
- Exclusions:
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless the item is defective.
- Worn shoes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@crmorgan.store with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item if it is defective or incorrect.
Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless:
- The item is defective.
- The item you received is incorrect.
- Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. CRMorgan Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Exchanges
We understand the importance of the perfect fit. If you need a size exchange, please indicate this in your return request.
- If the requested size is available, we’ll process the exchange after receiving your returned item.
- If the size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to the same 14-day return window and item condition requirements as returns.
Refund Process
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Gift Cards: For items purchased with a gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Sale Items
Items marked as sale or clearance are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective.
Approval of Returns
After receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
An email notification will be sent regarding the status of your return or exchange. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@crmorgan.store with your order details and photos of the issue.
- CRMorgan Store will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items, and you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
