We currently ship exclusively to locations within the United States. International shipping is not supported at this time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

7. Shipping Issues

7.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

CRMorgan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7.2 Delayed Deliveries

We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Incorrect Address

  • If the order has already been shipped, additional fees may apply for rerouting.

9. Damaged Items

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
